The Rutland Times
The Rutland Times newspaper was launched in 1977 by a group of independent journalists keen for the county to have its own newspaper. The paper has grown ever since and was prominent in the campaign for Rutland's county status, which was won in 1997. The Rutland Times went online in 2006 promoting the county and its events worldwide.
